Mark, Tammy, and Leo live and work in Klamath Falls. Mark teaches at Oregon Tech and Tammy leads the development of educational technology at the classroom level for Klamath County Schools. They have one son Leo in fourth grade and a very enthusiastic Weimaraner named, Disco.

Tammy’s family settled in the Klamath Basin three generations ago. Mark’s study and practice in land use planning and development has created a special interest in rethinking the way we develop residential communities in the West. We believe that shared space and common investments in living create strong bonds and social capital that is void in many new and contemporary communities.
